While we strive for absolute accuracy, all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at our sole discretion.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• We utilize Razorpay for secure payment processing. Orkidia does not store your sensitive financial data. An order is considered confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete.
• While we aim for prompt delivery across India, provided timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by external logistics factors beyond our control.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only after approval.
• Please note that shipping charges and any applicable convenience fees are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for providing accurate information during the registration and checkout process.
• Any attempt to misuse the website, introduce malicious software, or gain unauthorized access to our servers is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
